My name is Anika Jasmin Zientarski, and I am a master's student in Intercultural Business Psychology at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt, supervised by Prof. Dr. Constanze Beierlein. This survey is conducted as part of my master's thesis research.
What is this study about?
This study investigates the factors that shape international students' intentions to remain in Germany after graduation. It explores how career expectations, social integration, administrative experiences, and perceptions of Germany's political climate influence stay-or-leave decisions.
Who can participate?
You are eligible to participate if you are a non-German national currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences, having completed at least three semesters of study in Germany (bachelor's students) or at least one semester (master's students).
How long will it take?
The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
Is participation voluntary?
Yes. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time and for any reason without any consequences. If you choose to stop, simply close the browser window.
